We are delighted to announce the launch of our purpose-built studio where clients can now host virtual and hybrid events! Our new state-of-the-art space features high-tech equipment that will enable event organisers to hold virtual conferences, small meetings or training sessions and stream them seamlessly to an online audience.
Innovation is at the heart of the Science and Industry Museum, and this use of technology ensures companies from across Manchester and beyond, can continue hosting engaging events in line with new Government regulations. The studio will support organisers to safeguard their events against ongoing social distancing guidelines, allowing for a small number of onsite presenters to broadcast to huge online audiences.
High-definition screens and branding opportunities in the space deliver a polished event experience, which online audiences can enjoy remotely, from the comfort of their own homes or from a socially-distanced meeting room within the museum itself as part of a hybrid event.
Our state-of-the-art camera setup also allows event hosts to move freely around the studio to suit a natural presenting style, with guidance provided by our onsite team to ensure attendees can smoothly navigate the software.
Marie Claire, Event Sales Manager here at the Science and Industry Museum, said: “We’re so excited to be launching this dedicated studio for virtual events within the museum. It will enable clients both locally and further afield to adapt to this ‘new normal’ and continue delivering engaging events.”
“This technology perfectly embodies the museum’s innovative ethos and we hope to alleviate a lot of the stress and challenges that remote working and social distancing have brought to the events industry.”
