We are offering a 10% discount on off-peak Conference bookings in our newly refurbished Conference Centre for July, August and September!  

The offer is valid on off-peak days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays) only and is redeemable against the venue hire charge.

Terms and Conditions

Conferences 10% Discount off-peak ONLY – Terms & Conditions  

  1. Eligibility 
  • The 10% discount is available on Events booked between 1st July and 16th September  
  • Events must take place on or before 30th September 2026  
  • Offer is for off-peak bookings (Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), subject to availability on your desired date  
  • The offer applies to Venue Hire only.  
  • The offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used on existing or previously confirmed reservations. 
  1. How to Redeem 
  • Contact the Corporate Events Team to redeem, quoting “Off-Peak Conference Discount” in your enquiry.  
  1. Exclusions 
  • The offer does not apply to catering packages or DDR rates.  
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.  
  1. Payment Terms 
  • Full payment must be made by 16th September (or by your Event Date, whichever occurs earliest) to secure the discounted rate.  
  1. Cancellation & Amendments 
  • Standard cancellation and amendment policies apply.  
  • If a booking is cancelled, the discount will not be reissued.  
  • If a booking date is changed to fall outside of the eligibility period, you may be required to pay the difference between the discounted price and the standard price. 
  1. Non-Transferable 
  • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.  
  1. Right to Withdraw 
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
