Full Conference Centre Hire

The LED Lighting in the conference space was great. Would be good to have more natural lighting.

Good size conference space for 120 guests in cabaret.

Large networking area – could have done with more poser tables.

Toilets, conference room, networking and catering was all on one floor which was very accessible.

Did you opt for any bespoke catering packages, such as themed canapes or arrival drinks, (By Benugo) or external AV production for your event?

We had a bespoke sandwich lunch with salads and crisps.

The Salad was very nice and catering was presented well.

Pastries were fresh and big.

AV team were helpful in the morning to test audio of videos and microphone set up.

How did the setting of the Science and Industry Museum contribute to the overall feel and purpose of the event?

Delegates and exhibitors were impressed with the venue, giving a sense of curiosity and discovery.

The event was related to education which also reinforced this message.

What feedback did you receive from the guests?

Delegates rated the venue 4.5/5.

They liked the venue but a few people said they would prefer to have a car park on site due to how central this venue is.

Great set-up, acoustics, and organisation – plus the screen layouts were the best yet.
