TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dinner and Receptions 10% Discount – Terms & Conditions  

  1. Eligibility 
  • The 10% discount is available on Events booked between 16th June and 17th August 
  • Events must take place on or before 31st August 2026.  
  • The offer applies to Venue Hire only.  
  • The offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used on existing or previously confirmed reservations. 
  1. How to Redeem 
  • Contact the Corporate Events Team to redeem, quoting “10% Mid-Year Dinner Discount” in your enquiry.  
  1. Exclusions 
  • The offer does not apply to catering packages or DDR rates.  
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.  
  1. Payment Terms 
  • Full payment must be made by 17th August (or by your Event Date, whichever is earlier) to secure the discounted rate.  
  1. Cancellation & Amendments 
  • Standard cancellation and amendment policies apply.  
  • If a booking is cancelled, the discount will not be reissued.  
  • If a booking date is changed to fall outside of the eligibility period, you may be required to pay the difference between the discounted price and the standard price. 
  1. Non-Transferable 
  • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.  
  1. Right to Withdraw 
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
